We get in a comprehensive blood panel that looks at 45 biomarkers alongside digestive and lifestyle assessments that we've used with thousands of business owners and busy professionals.
Not just in the sense of "are they OK according to a doctor?" But "are they optimized so you look great, feel great and perform at your best day in and out?”
This includes sex hormones, metabolic health, thyroid function, lipids, organ function, immune system and heart health including the context of lifestyle factors we have already gathered.
We use those results as your unique foundation to map out and refine your plan for your hormones, gut health & metabolism including exercise, foods & supplements.
You will never be starving, you won't do long hours of cardio and you will only have to workout 3x30min per week.
We lay it all out and take the guesswork away so you can focus on what you do best which is running your business.
My team and I hold you accountable to the plan to make sure you don't get in your own way and optimize it based on the data patterns we see in our system.

Most people can't sustain a plan beyond 4 weeks and it's because it's DESIGNED to be short term and it stresses the body out. This is where the crucial nuance of these three stressors allows us to find your true linchpin to get your body on your side. Very few people take the time to break through this roadblock with the right targeted changes and they keep running into the same issues.
At the end of the day, the main focus here is to install the key frameworks to make sure your body doesn’t hold you back and be productive in all areas of your life without being in a constant fight or flight.

I'm based in Australia or Canada - can I still join?
Our program is 100% online, so location is not an issue, however time zone is our only consideration. We currently work with clients in Aus, NZ, Canada & USA primarily as these time zones work very well.
I'm over 50 years old, will this still work?
Yes! We specialise in working with people over 40. That is what we do every day (and we're really good at it). There are so many changes that happen over 35-40 that need to be addressed differently.
I've tried diets/PTs/programs in the past, how is this different?

How do I sign up?
We don't work with everyone. We want you to be a good fit first, we want to KNOW we can help. There are also a couple different options we offer. To make this super simple, we do this through a 1:1 call via zoom with one of our specialists.
On this call we will help uncover your main obstacles and help construct some clear steps to help you move forward. From here we can walk you through what working with us might look like and level of support you would get alongside it.
Do I have to go to the gym?
No. Body Reset is designed for three set ups - home, home gym and gym. Our clients use a range of different equipment so we want to be able to refine this to suit your set up or while travelling. If you want to go to the gym, then we'll set up your workouts for the gym but not a requirement.
I'm super busy, how will this work.
We specialise in working with busy professionals over 40 so this is most of our client base. The workouts are designed to be short and effective, the nutrition and recovery strategies are designed around your lifestyle and we also highlight strategies to better set up your day so you're not always stressed and rushed which is a game changer for many.
Will my family be able to eat what I'm eating?
This is where many of our nutritional frameworks thrive as evening meals are the easiest. Many of our clients mentioned how easy it was to transition evening meals without kids even noticing!
