Mandy combines her love for science with practical explanations and solutions to help you understand what's going on in your body and what you can do right now to improve your health.
With a background and qualifications in Social Sciences, learning and development, adult education and mentoring and coaching. Nicola is interested in all things people. Provides mentorship and coaching to business groups and individuals within the personal and professional development space. She is a certified MBTI and SHL practitioner.
Qualified Precision Nutrition Coach, BSc (Hons) In Food Science and Nutrition, NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter in New Zealand. Choong combines real-life experience, science, and practical approaches to get his clients the results they desire and maintain them. He understands that everyone is built differently. Hence, to create long-term health (mentally and physically), he knows that everyone requires a different approach.
Carla is an Internationally Certified Health Coach, having completed her studies with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Carla’s experience spans over two decades in counselling and health coaching, and brings a unique approach to health coaching of nutrition with her years of experience in psychology, ensuring clients obtain a thorough holistic assessment of their health and wellbeing.
Carla’s own journey was fueled by a sense of vulnerability as a new mother. Having struggled with own weight management and hormone imbalance issues herself, Carla can proudly say she is now living her healthiest and happiest life and she is passionate about helping you to do the same.
I became very passionate about the power of nutrition back in my early twenties, having felt the benefits for myself of changing what I ate. I decided to study nutrition, personal training and sports therapy. I then set up my own wellness business in the UK and enjoyed helping people find a healthier version of themselves. I later taught Les Mills Body Balance yoga classes and studied Health Coaching. This helped me gain a true understanding of the importance of a healthy mindset to find true balance in a holistic approach to health. Now in my early forties with two children, I love working with clients to help them navigate the challenges life brings with a family and busy career. There's nothing better than sharing the joy with a client who's loving feeling the benefits of simple lifestyle changes.
Leanne is a Certified Holistic Health Coach graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016. My background is in Design, Operations and Adult Education and I became interested in Natural Health and Nutrition when at 27 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This led me to understand how nutrition affects the body and how important it is to take a holistic approach to health and wellness. I love supporting and coaching clients to discover the right holistic formula that brings them back to whole health and vitality.

Having worked as Personal Trainer and Coach for approaching 3 years, I have developed a deep understanding of the base fundamentals of training. Also incorporating what I learnt about breathing and breath support from my background in classical singing into a training philosophy that I believe applies to people from all walks of life. Having struggled with weight and a distaste for exercise throughout my childhood, when the opportunity arose to share my knowledge, experience and passion through personal training, I leapt at the chance. I can honestly say, seeing the difference my clients have been able to make in their lives, not only physically but mental also. Has been the single most rewarding part of this line of work.
Anthony's coaching background consists of 2 years instructing a Taekwon-Do class as he is a 1st degree black belt, installing both the physical abilities but also mental fortitude needed in the art into students. With this there is 3 years worth of personal training experience as well as having 11 years of weight training himself. His social sector background involves intensive case management with the Ministry of Social development, and is currently in the process of becoming a Psychotherapist at Auckland university of Technology. He strives to enhance his ability to analyze deeply into health and wellbeing in a holistic way with the clients he works with.
Coach U, Inc graduate, ACE certified personal trainer, RYT-500 yoga instructor, licensed massage and bodywork therapist. Kathy offers years of experience in serving others in the scope of well-being and well-living through meaningful and holistic practices. Through her personal journey in mindfulness and movement, Kathy is a dedicated student to her greatest teachers, the mind and the body. Her passion is in helping others decipher their bodies unique codes and cues to unlock personal health and wisdom to increase adaptability and compassion in an ever-changing world.

I've had the pleasure of working with a large variety of people, my journey into the fitness industry started in the gym and instantly I fell in love with it, after a couple of years I realised I wanted to channel the same energy into helping other people achieve their goals in the gym like I had. Moving forward I hope to further my education and skill set by studying a diploma in Myotherapy to get a greater understanding of the human body and see it from a different perspective.
